How it works

Pack it once. We handle the round trips.

A round trip is one delivery to your resort and one pickup when you leave. Here is how the first one goes.

    Join and pick a plan

    Choose the plan that fits how often you visit. We bring your empty Stash to your first stay, so there is nothing to haul from home.

    Book a round trip

    Tell us your resort and your check-in and checkout dates. Booking takes about two minutes in your member account.

  3. 3

    Walk in to your things

    Your Stash is waiting at the bell desk or in your room. We text you the moment it is delivered.

  4. 4

    Pack it at checkout

    Fill it, snap on a fresh numbered seal and leave it with the front desk. It goes back to the warehouse until next time.

When billing startsThe first time your packed Stash comes back to the warehouse, so signing up early or taking a late first trip costs you nothing.

Terms in short. Sunrise and Midday on monthly billing can be canceled any time; billing stops at the end of that month. Golden Hour on monthly billing has a 12-month minimum. On Midday, monthly members earn 1 round trip every 6 months; yearly members get both trips right away. Yearly plans renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

What if my resort won't hold deliveries?

We check with your resort when you book. Most Orlando properties accept luggage-style deliveries at the bell desk. If yours doesn't, we'll set up a handoff time with you at the lobby.

How do I know nobody opened my Stash?

Every pickup gets a new numbered seal. We log the number when we collect it and you can check it against your account when it arrives. If a seal is ever broken, tell us before you unpack.

Can I change what's inside between trips?

Yes. Add or remove anything when you pack at checkout, then update the packing list in your account so you know what's waiting next time.

What happens if my trip dates change?

Change or cancel a round trip in your account up to 48 hours before check-in at no charge. Inside 48 hours, we'll do our best to move it.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Move up a plan any time and we'll prorate the difference. Moving down takes effect at your next billing date. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing whenever you like.

How do I cancel?

Sunrise and Midday on monthly billing can be canceled any time, and billing stops at the end of that month. Golden Hour on monthly billing has a 12-month minimum, and yearly plans can be canceled before their renewal date. We'll deliver your Stash on your last booked trip, or you can collect it from our Orlando warehouse.

What if a payment doesn't go through?

We retry your card automatically and email you a link to update it. Round trips can't be scheduled while a balance is past due, so keep your card current before you travel.
